Eidur sounds so british (to my nigerian ears). I'm perplexed. Did he grow up in Britain?
Wish jimmy won an epl title wish Chelsea. Deserved it. He’s a huge bit of stitching in Chelsea’s ever-growing modern history.
Hasselbaink's goal-scoring record against Man Utd, Arsenal and Chelsea during his time at Leeds and Chelsea (and Middlesbrough) was excellent, with some highlight-reel screamers against them all as well, so he definitely wasn't a 'flat-track bully'). During his season in La Liga with an Atletico Madrid team that was relegated in 1999/2000, he still had an excellent record and scored against all of the heavyweights, i.e. Barcelona, Real Madrid, Valencia and Deportivo.
It's a big shame that the only major trophy he won during his playing career was the Portuguese Cup in 1997 with Boavista, when he came on as a late substitute in the final.
Excellent interview, just beautifully done. Love this two, Jimmy was an absolute goal machine! He scored goals everywhere he went and Gudjohnsen is such a polite and well spoken man. So underrated. They have a nice sense of humor as well.

Loved the combination of these two, loved Gudjohnson game more..Oh Houllier, Not signing Anelka on permanent, getting Diouff, not pushing for Gudjohnson. Anelka, Gudjohnson, Owen upfront would have been awesome. Zola was great as well, a PL legend

Both of these guys had a great understanding as players together for chesea dont know what they won in terms of cups etc .great insight to tranfere and club sytems great video and two very nice guys both humble not to big headed

Never knew Eidur had such a great sense of humor. Will never forget that 1st goal against Barcelona at the bridge. I broke my living room door celebrating that goal and that's all your fault Eidur Gudjohnsen!!

I watched Gudjohnsen playing for Bolton in the Championship on tv and could see how great he was.. then surprise, surprise, Chelsea signed him shortly after and for me Christmas had come early. And then signing JFH was the cream on top. The rest is history. Thank you guys.
